1. DATA MINIMALISM PRINCIPLE: The Executive Integrity Protocol™ (EIP) is built on the principle of Data Minimalism. We only collect information essential for the delivery of your Leadership Archetype, Dopamine Baseline, and Focus Penalty results.

2. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DIAGNOSTIC SCORES: All scores generated during the Dopamine Baseline and Focus Penalty audits are classified as "Highly Confidential." These scores are mapped to your private contact record in our secure HubSpot CRM and are never shared with third parties, advertisers, or external data brokers.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING: To provide this clinical-grade experience, we use the following secure sub-processors:

• Typeform: For secure data collection and logic processing.

• HubSpot: For encrypted lead management and email delivery.

• Calendly: For secure session scheduling.

4. THE "RIGHT TO ERASE" (EXECUTIVE EXIT): In accordance with our high-discretion standards, any participant may request the immediate and permanent deletion of their diagnostic data and contact record by emailing support@reclaim-control.com.

5. SECURITY STANDARDS: We utilize industry-standard SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your results are housed in a restricted-access environment accessible only to authorized EIP specialists.
