OUR LEGAL PROMISE TO PROTECT YOUR NAME

This Confidentiality Charter is how we keep your secrets safe. We protect your data and your family while we help you get your focus back.

1. THE FOUNDATION OF DISCRETION

The Executive Integrity Protocol™ (EIP) recognizes that for high-stakes leaders, Founders, C-Suite Executives, and Specialized Professionals, discretion is a prerequisite for professional survival and legacy protection.

2. MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE (MNDA)

By engaging in the Executive Results Audit, both the Consultant (RC Executive Systems) and the Participant agree to the following:

  • Identification Privacy: The Consultant will never disclose the identity, professional affiliation, or participation of the Participant in any EIP program.

  • Data Sovereignty: All diagnostic scores (Dopamine Baseline, Focus Penalty, and Archetype Liability) are the private property of the Participant and will be stored in an encrypted, non-public environment.

  • Non-Attribution: No specific personal or professional detail shared during the Audit session will be used in marketing materials, case studies, or public disclosures without the express written consent of the Participant.

3. THE GUARANTEE

The Consultant operates as a high-discretion specialist. Our internal records are pruned every 180 days for inactive leads to ensure a minimal digital footprint for our participants. This allows you to walk into your boardroom and your home with the "Clear Brow" of a leader whose private life is fully aligned with their public success.

4. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS

To maintain the integrity of the protocol, the Participant agrees to:

  • Methodology Protection (Trade Secrets): The Participant acknowledges that the Executive Integrity Protocol™ involves proprietary frameworks, neurological SOPs, and trade secrets. The Participant agrees not to record, redistribute, or replicate any portion of the session or materials for external use.

  • Environment Security: Conduct all sessions in a private, secure location where they cannot be overheard.

  • Technical Integrity: Provide honest baseline data to ensure the accuracy of the diagnostic audit.

5. EXECUTION

This Charter is active the moment a session is scheduled and remains in effect indefinitely, regardless of whether the Lead chooses to enroll in the full 12-week protocol.
